Join LEAP n2u Fitness’ Small Group Personal Training outdoors on Mann Oval in Mosman Park. We have a great community of like minded women and Mums who love the camaraderie of training together outside. They have fun working hard and feel amazing by the end of class and for the rest of the day.
Plus, our class sizes are limited to 10-12 people so you don’t get lost in the crowd and you are assured of getting the personal attention that you deserve. We focus on making your class a fun and challenging workout. That way, you get to work hard, but you don’t mind quite as much!

LEAP n2u – Move your Bod
Our most popular class. LEAP n2u – Move Your Body is a progressive training style class focused on improving strength, mobility and cardiovascular conditioning. It’s fun and challenging format inspires you to move in a variety directions and dimensions as nature designed you to move. We use ViPRs, Sandbells, your Bodyweight, and whatever else is handy for this class. Guaranteed smiles and laughs – in between the huffs and puffs!
LEAP n2u – Intensity Mojo
Intensity Mojo is a High Intensity Interval Training class designed to ramp up your metabolic engine tap and into your Magic Mojo. Do the words “Interval” or “Intensity” intimidate you? Simply put, Intensity intervals condense the hard work into bite sized (pun?), easily digestible, short duration bursts of energy. Guess what? You get to rest between bursts and everyone is encouraged to come and work at their pace. Our multi-dimensional whole body exercises combined with interval timing makes for a fun workout that guarantees a good nights sleep.
This class is fully adaptable to all levels. It can require quick movements and coordination, but we can also adapt the exercises until you are ready to go full speed. If you are on the fence about it, come to a Move Your Bod class first to get familiar with what we do. We look forward to seeing you!
LEAP n2u Fitness – Muscle Up
Muscle Up is a strength training class that focuses on building strength and stability throughout the body. Muscle Up uses a combination of traditional and progressive training style methods to help you get stronger for everyday life and play. We use ViPRs, Sandbells, bodyweight and more in this fun uplifting class.
