Lockdown Bodyweight Workout

These are trying times for all of us. Taking care of our health, fitness is one of the best ways to get through this with our sanity and wellness intact.

That is going to be extra challenging for those who are used to going to the gym or group exercise classes for their fitness. So, I thought that I would lend a hand to the common good by sharing some of my favourite bodyweight exercises that can be done anywhere and without any special equipment.

Here we have eight exercises that you can do in pairs or all in a continuous circuit 2-3 times.

Do each exercise for 60 seconds without any rest in between. Have a minute rest before running through the circuit again.

  1. Haka or Squat Hold & Reach
  2. Prone Hip Drives
  3. Speed Skater
  4. Crawling
  5. Sliding Lunge
  6. Corner Scapula Shrug
  7. Wall Sit
  8. Tricep Crab
